EDC provides a fast-paced, upbeat workshop for medical science liaisons (MSL’s) who lead small group discussions with physicians. This workshop integrates practical delivery skills with discussion techniques that create focused interactions with clients that add genuine value to the relationship. EDC trainers guide workshop participants to experience the power of these strategies first, then help them run small group role plays and scenarios that fit their own job experiences.
